The kids are soon fast asleep. It had been a long day already before heading here. I take care of om things around the house, enjoying the mild evening breeze, the sun slowly setting, clouds like cotton candy.
Getting some quality time with the two them, without too many other obligations for these few days, is swell and feels well needed all around. We spend time as we tend to do here – around the house, in the woods and by the sea. Examining bugs or throwing rocks. Making lunch or doing dishes.
Soon we head back to town, with just a handful of days til we’ll head here next.
