As is tradition by now, we headed to our country house for celebrating midsummer. We arrived together with a heavy rain and settled in for a quiet night, half expecting an indoor weekend.
Waking up on midsummers morning we were greeted by blue skies and a warming sun. Celebrating the day in a traditional fashion and then even managing to go for a quick (though cold) dip in the sea.
The long weekend was a welcome, but short, break from the day to day pace lately. At least summer’s almost here.
